A Sixth-generation Californian, Melissa’s roots run deep in Southern California. After spending summers on Neptune Avenue in Encinitas (at her grandparent’s property purchased in 1968), Melissa graduated from San Diego State University and began working as an event planner for multiple leading five-star luxury hotel brands (including Four Seasons); where provided top-level service is a must; making her move into the luxury Real Estate industry a cinch.
 
​​​​​​Specializing in luxury homes, Melissa has marketed and sold properties ranging from stunning multi-million dollar spreads to quaint coastal abodes and picture-perfect cul-de-sac family homes.
 
At ease in a variety of settings, she has represented the seasoned Real Estate investor and the first-time homebuyer. Melissa combines classic Southern California ease with the drive and focuses necessary to close a deal for her clients.
 
In Melissa’s free time she spends time with her two active sons, enjoys boxing, running, and cycling. Melissa works closely with Rande Turner Properties, which has provided luxury Real Estate services locally for over 30 years.
