Rande has called San Diego his home for over 40 years. With over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, including renovation and development experience in California, Mexico, and Hawaii. In addition, he has architectural, design, construction, and luxury Real Estate marketing knowledge to assist his clients in properly preparing their homes.

Rande and his wife, Erin Rousey-Turner are residents of Del Mar. They are very active in the community where Rande’s two boys attend school. Rande was instrumental in starting The Miracle League of San Diego, providing children with special needs the opportunity to play baseball in an organized league in Del Mar, CA. He currently is a board member of United Cerebral Palsy – San Diego.
