About The Rande Turner Group
Rande has called Southern California his home for over 50 years. With over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, including renovation and development experience in California, Mexico and Hawaii, he is quickly able to identify flaws that would make a house a poor investment. At the same time, he has the construction knowledge to assist sellers in preparing, staging and decorating their North County San Diego homes for the most appealing presentation.
Whether buying or selling, when you work with Rande, you’ll immediately sense that your satisfaction is his objective. First, he takes the time to listen and understand your wants, needs, and goals. Then he takes the time to make sure you have all the information you need to make a wise decision. When representing buyers, Rande truly enjoys finding the perfect home for his clients. Both buyers and sellers appreciate his exceptional negotiating abilities, his honesty and his problem solving skills, all while maintaining the utmost integrity.
Rande and his wife, Erin Rousey-Turner are residents of Solana Beach and have been working together in the real estate industry for over three years. They are very active in the community where Rande’s two boys attend school. Rande was instrumental in starting The Miracle League of San Diego, providing children with special needs the opportunity to play baseball in an organized league in Del Mar, CA. He currently is a board member of The Miracle League and the United Cerebral Palsy of San Diego Foundation. Erin is passionate about animal rescue and works tirelessly to save animals from a number of high-kill shelters in Southern California.
Erin grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and received her Bachelor of Arts-Journalism/Graphic Design at The University of Georgia. Before moving to Southern California in 2006, she was a managing partner in a commercial real estate company, sole proprietor of O’Connor Design, an interior design studio and owner of British Colonial Imports, a furniture design and import business with manufacturing in India and China.
After receiving her MBA from San Diego State University in 2011, Erin decided to join Rande full-time in the real estate business. She currently handles all of the marketing and day-to-day operations of the company.
Erin has a passion for animals and spends her free time rescuing dogs from high kill shelters in San Bernardino and Riverside counties. She and Rande have two pups, Mille, a wheaten terrier, and Koa, a dog she rescued from the shelter but that she just couldn’t adopt out (we call that a rescue failure). She owns and competes her horse, “Lucky” in three day equestrian events and jumper shows.

Karla was born in San Diego and comes from a family of real estate professionals. She was encouraged to get her real estate license after graduating college and began working in the resort community of McCall, Idaho. In 2010, Karla decided to trade in the long winters for the warmer beaches of San Diego where she could further pursue a career in real estate.
Karla worked in property management for H.G. Fenton Company for three years where she was able to hone her skills in sales and marketing. In 2013, Karla decided it was time to get her California real estate license and was eager to join Rande Turner Properties. She assists with marketing, showing listings, and working with new buyers. Karla got married this year and they bought their first home in La Costa, which she is thrilled about because if you ask her, North County is the only place to be. In her free time you can find her running at the beach and competing in local races.
